Speakers:

Dr. Laura Latta serves as Executive Director of the Tulsa Higher Education Consortium and Chair of the City of Tulsa Women’s Commission, bringing decades of leadership across education, community development, and research to advance equitable access to learning from early childhood through postsecondary.

Rachel Rose Dazey is a multidisciplinary artist, entrepreneur, and founder of Dillon Rose, a Tulsa-based jewelry studio creating sculptural, one-of-a-kind pieces that blend art, craftsmanship, and storytelling.

Debbie Pickle is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Williams, with over two decades of global HR leadership experience spanning strategy, talent development, and organizational growth across engineering, manufacturing, and energy industries.

Antoinette Redmond is the founder of Neuru and a mission-driven leader with over 15 years of experience across higher education, entrepreneurship, and agriculture. Her work focuses on building inclusive, equitable communities and creating innovative solutions that empower underserved families.
